Executive Committee Positions
As the organizer of Canada’s largest STEM-based competition, UTSRI relies on capable Executive Committee members to guide initiatives, support departmental operations, and expand the organization’s reach and impact. This overview is provided to assist applicants in understanding how director roles fit within the broader organizational structure and how their contributions will be evaluated throughout the application and selection process.

Advisory Committee
The UTSRI Advisory Committee is a consultative body that plays a vital role in guiding, mentoring, and supporting the organization’s growth.
Comprising professors, graduate students, and experienced senior undergraduates from diverse academic backgrounds, the committee offers strategic insight across key areas including research, financial planning, outreach, event logistics, and technology. Members may serve as mentors, judges, keynote speakers, or advisors, and help expand UTSRI’s academic network within and beyond the University of Toronto.
