This discount applies to travel from anywhere in Canada, the United States, international destinations, or sun routes flying into any Toronto airport (YYZ/YTZ). Travel must take place between February 19 and March 8, 2026, and is valid on all days of the week.
Eligible delegates will receive savings of 5% to 10% on select North American fares, 10% or more on international fares, and up to 12% off Business Class, depending on ticket type.

This discount applies to travel from anywhere in Canada via the VIA Rail network into Toronto. Travel must take place between February 21 and March 6, 2026, and is valid on all days of the week.
Eligible delegates will receive 10% off the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, and Sleeper Class, subject to fare conditions and restrictions. The discount does not apply to Escape fares or Prestige Class, and a maximum of two passengers is permitted per booking.

A special group rate of $289 CAD per night is available for stays between February 26 and February 28, 2026, subject to availability. Reservations must be made by January 22, 2026 to access the discounted rate. Delegates will receive booking details and a reservation link/code to ensure inclusion in the UTSRI courtesy room block. Availability is limited and rooms will be released back into general inventory after the cutoff date.
YORKVILLE ROYAL SONESTA HOTEL
We are pleased to announce that The Yorkville Royal Sonesta Hotel Toronto is an official accommodation partner for the UTSRI Scientific Research and Strategy Summit. Located in the heart of Yorkville and within walking distance of the University of Toronto, the hotel offers a premium stay experience for summit delegates.
Delegates may book rooms at a preferred rate of $279 CAD per night for Deluxe Rooms (one king or two queens) for stays between February 25 and March 1, 2026, subject to availability. This rate is available until January 26, 2026, after which standard rates may apply. Additional benefits include waived facility fees and complimentary access to hotel amenities. Booking instructions and the group identification code will be provided to eligible delegates.
